1.What does Gursky take pictures of?
Andreas Gursky takes pictures of landscapes. Landscape pictures are usually of natural scenery but Gursky usually takes pictures of manmade constructs.
2.How does his photos make you feel?
His photos don't make me feel anything because they are everyday things that don't seem intresting.
3.How have these pictures influenced you?
They haven't influenced me because i haven't taken any landscape pictures.
Rule of Thirds
Most landscape pictures can be divided into three, the top is often the background, the bottom is often the foreground and the middle (usually the pictures' focus) is called 'The Golden Third'. 'The Golden Third' usually contains the subject the photographer is trying to take.
For example, the picture above at its busiest in the centre, with less in the background and a fair bit of detail in the foreground.
